InteleViewer not running on Upgraded Macs


InteleViewer appears not to be running after logging in on Macs that have had the operating system upgraded to High Sierra.

InteleViewer appears on the task bar but the search and image windows will not appear.


Possible fixes

Upgrade your InteleViewer to V4.12.1-p328, downloadable at

Ensure you trash any older versions prior to installing V4.12.1.

InteleViewer may give you a message regarding installing Java when you launch InteleViewer V4.12.1.  Compatible Java version to install is available at
