Forgotten your PRC Direct password?

You will need to have previously put your email address in Edit Profile in order to use the 'Forgot your password' link. 

If you have forgotten your password, click the ‘Forgot your password?’ link. 

Enter your PRC Direct username and click [Send].

You will be sent password reset instructions to the email address associated with your account.

If you have not saved your email address in Edit Profile, please contact your Customer Relations Manager.
